I baked the board to fix the HDMI problem (http://zedic.com/lg-42dl550-fix-repair/) now I have a picture, but no audio. Help?

Solution
Baking the board...... very interesting.

Although I tend to be a DIY person I think I would be careful about the "baking" approarch.

At time in the future the manufacturers are going to do something that will make such a fix impossible or at least permanently damaging if attempted. Some component will melt and the board will be done for.... And who knows what else could happen as collateral damage.

Based on what I read you probably should doublecheck all of your connections and any seated components that may have come loose.

Take a close look at connections leading to the speakers. Especially on the baked board.

Try another known working HDMI cable.

Do not recommend a second bake even if some people sucessfully did that.
