Lg tv black screen

My tv turns on i can tell only threw the sound of static it makes along with red light below logo. But the problem is the picture is not visible instead it's only a black screen with no intention of being on. It's like the screen is off but the sound is on

Restore to factory setting. If that doesn't work, is broke.
