Question LG TV keeps restarting

Hello, I have a LG 55sm90107LA and it keeps restarting... the weird thing is that when I'm in Smart TV, either watching Netflix or HBO MAX or YouTube, the restarting stops. But once I go back to regular TV programs, it starts again. First it restarts rarely and then it increases, until eventually it's a restart loop and I have to unplug it. So I'm just stuck with watching Netflix and YouTube all day, the only way I can use it.
Anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be ?

other than that your tuner inside the TV might be faulty

that's the first thing I did, update the firmware.
yeah, faulty tuner makes sense... unfortunately
