LG TV Problem

Hi All
I have a two week old LG UK6500 43" 4K UHD AI tv - Last night the TV would not display any of smart TV menus or channels it only showed the live TV station channel 10 which it was already set to - I could not bring up any of the settings or menus or change channels but the remote seemed fine the red signal light worked but it only responded to the signal to turn the TV on and off - has anyone else experienced this issue? Cheers

Make sure that the buttons on the TV are also not working.
If they work try new batteries in the remote.
You can try resetting the TV by uplugging it from wall for 5 minutes.
