Librtexec jar

Hello, I have a Samsung R60+ laptop with windows vista. Lately when I start up the laptop an error message appears saying 'unable to access jarfile C:\ProgramFiles\Java\jre6\lib\librtexec.jar'. What is this and how do I stop this message? Thanks.

it looks like it has to do with java,try reinstalling java and see if that helps

I've also gotten the same librtexe.jar error message at startup on my Windows 7 Dell laptop. Attempted java uninstall/reinstall, still getting the error message.
