Life span of Replay Unit?

How long have people had their units? I have had my 5040 for 3 1/2 years.
There were 2 or 3 times where it froze, and I thought it died- I did
multiple reboots over and over, but finally it sprang back to life. It has
been fine for the last year.

Anyway, how long you think these are going to last? Is the drive likely to
die before ReplayTV goes out of business, or vice versa?

Think the same thing myself. My 4508 is only 2 1/2 years old

I've had a 5xxx for over 2 years, and an older Replay (2020) since
1999.

That usually fixes it. For more complex problems, you may need to
restore the software or replace the hard disk.

HOw long do they last.. Well REplay uses quality drives, no reason they
should not last years,,,, Mine made it what,,, about 8 months

The replacement arrives tuesday
