Question Lige Smartwatch software

Hi,
I have recently bought a cheap 'Lige' watch, as I don't want to wear my Samsung or Huawei for work purposes, and have installed the 'GloryFit' software as was recommended in the very small installation manual.
However, even after enabling 'receive calls/notifications' etc, I am not receiving Whatsapp notifications, which is our main contact platform at work.
In the software for Samsung and Huawei, there is a facility to enable specific apps, such as Whatsapp etc, etc, but I cant find that option in the recommended 'Lige' software.
My question is: Can I use alternative software other than the 'GloryFit' as mentioned above & if so, could anyone kindly point me in the right direction?

When I queried Google, this was the response:

To receive WhatsApp notifications on a GloryFit-compatible smartwatch, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices, the GloryFit app is properly paired with the watch, and WhatsApp notifications are enabled in both the phone's settings and the GloryFit app. You'll also need to give the GloryFit app necessary permissions on your phone to access notifications.

The watch is paired to the phone via Bluetooth and I have enabled all 'recieve & send' options in the GloryFit settings, but cannot find a dedicated WhatsApp setting in GloryFit??
I'll check out the link & hopefully that will help?
I must surely be able to receive notifications from WhatsApp!!
