limited access on my wireless, trying to run troubleshoot, thee laptop frezzes

Hi, my samsung RV520 suddenly has stopped working properly via wireless. First I get a limited access, than trying to troubleshoot problems, the laptop freezes. I have re-factory set, updated drivers and much more. Please help! I get use the internet for a while, and than lose the connection. I than have to re-start the laptop each time this happens.

I hope someone can share a solution!

Since you have already done a factory reset and the problem persists, this sounds like a hardware issue so I've moved this to Laptop Tech Support for you.

Hi, nobody helped here, however, I cleaned the fan and the pc is working perfect!
