Linn axis turntable start problems

Has anyone had problems with slow & or backward starting with a Linn Axis Turnable ?

I had one years ago and never encountered a problem.I would consult Linn.Could be the motor messing up?

Go to a website called Audio Asylum and you might find people you can email to who have the same table as yours.Try Marv
