Linx 8 not turning on charged all night please help

It say it is charging so I left it on all night but this morning it won't turn on

Maybe it is on but sleeping. Worse still, it has the dreaded Microsoft hibernation utility turned on.

Press the power button for eight to ten seconds and it might switch off so you can start it again.
