Question Listing a House for Sale on Facebook Marketplace?

How do I post a house for sale on Facebook Marketplace? I see a section listing homes for sale, yet when I try to list one I wish to sell, I see no option to list one for sale, only to list one to rent. There must be a way, because there's lots of houses listed, but I sure can't find out how to do it. Am I missing something somewhere?

I just found out I could do this on the Facebook phone app, but I was trying on my Windows desktop. Why you're able to do that on a mobile app, but not on the desktop app is one of those quirks about Facebook I guess. They should maintain the same functionality across all platforms!
