Little Black Bugs in TV screen

I have a 55 inch TV in the right hand corner there are at least 100 little tiny black dots that look like bugs. What do I do remove the panel and clean the back of the screen or leave it an will disappear on it own. Please help.

"Look like bugs" (dead pixels), or "are bugs" (exterminator) ?

In either case, dis-assembly of a flat panel TV is a non-trivial exercise.
