Live streaming to sites

I have a concept to set up a call center whereby one person can handle live video streaming to multiple sites for an appliance manufacturer. The call center operator has a monitor which displays 2 to 4 various locations simultaneously . By simply moving the cursor to either chat column , they can discuss the problem on line and try to resolve it. Live cam will be included. Someone has suggested that I find out how cam studio's live stream to various sites at the same time from 1 cam and use that software ?. Our problem is mostly how do we split 1 screen into 4 sites using 1 cam ?. Can it be done. I have heard of Splitcams. Will this work ?.
