"Location not available" error with testing software on Windows 10

Benchmarking program OCCT is throwing this error when trying to save the results. It previously was working normally and the folder *does* exist. I've noticed that the same folder also resides in my administrator account's documents folder despite never running OCCT from that account that I can think of. Possible conflict not sure.
