Locked computer

Hello,
Ibought a new laptop on Saturday and the first time I used it it locked up on me.
I know the correct password , but the screen has the word "locked" on it. I think I was asked a pass
word for another site, repeated the login password and Microsoft has rejected it and locked it.

Not sure what you are looking for here. You apparently don't know the password. Do a system restore. Or just take it back and get it replaced.
