Dell Inspirion 15 series 3000 - ran fine until this week when I installed the new Windows 10 update. Now the password is locked out and it is off the network. I have tried the ethercable direct to the laptop, nothing. I changed the password on my iPad, using now, but since it says no connections available, it won't take the new password. I created a back up disc from an older computer and put it in the DVD tray but it won't boot from there. I can't do anything since the password won't work.
