Locked out of my laptop

I need help getting past the boot password set up in bios. I can not boot anything without. Suppose i would have to get a new CMOS battery, My housemate got pissed off at me and decided to change the password with out my consent. Is there any way i can reset the boot on password. I have alot of written works on my HDD. My system is A12 quad Lenovo Ideapad 350, dual bootable to ubuntu and win10. With i believe i might have forgot but has a Pheonix Frimware.

Nope, not going to get any help here with this. No way to prove your story or ownership. Contact Lenovo, prove ownership and they can help you.

a new cmos battery will not help you, making your housemate pay for your new laptop, or provide the password will.
