logitech G930 only works when plugged in

Hey everybody, I'm looking for some help with my logitech G930. The problem is, it only works when it is plugged into a MicroUSB charger, but the headset will not turn on when it is unplugged. None of the buttons on the headset are responsive, and the reset button does nothing. Any help?

Sounds the battery can't hold any charge. Fairly easy to Replace
