Logitech G930 won't play any sound.

Hey guys I got this pair of headset from amazon a week ago and I can't figure it out how to make it work tried almost everything that I could have found.
The device is shown in my Sound icon and both in the device manager it shows that it plays sound in the sound menu but there's no sound whatsoever coming out from the headset. I tried installing an older software but that didn't work, tried removing the device from device manager, restarting and plugging it back in and let it install once again but that didn't help either.. anyone has any idea?

Hi. Have you tried it on some other devices or a phone?
If it doesn't work on any devices then the headset is defective and you should ask for a refund from amazon in that case.
