Solved! Logitech headphones with micro not working

Hello,
I have logitech headphone with micro an is not working. I usually use skype to talk to my husband, and he can't hear me and I can't barely make what he is saying. I don't know what is the problem. Thank you.

So are you getting sound at all or nothing? Check out the sound properties in the control panel and ensure that the volume level is up and the microphone is enabled.
