I am having an issue with sound coming from my Logitech speakers. Here is the link to my TV: http://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-39LB5600-led-tv, can't find a way to make the speakers work when I have my Xbox One on. I'm pretty sure I need an adapter, just not sure which one.

How is everything hooked up? To use external speakers with the TV, all audio inputs go to the TV then the output goes to the speaker, you will have to switch the audio options to use the external speakers instead of the TV ones.

You woul need an optical to stereo converter, there are two types, the cheaper ones like http://www.amazon.com/Portta-PETDTAP-Digital-Optical-Converter/dp/B005DIRI6I that wil only convert PCM/LPCM signals. If your TV manual states that...

If your TV manual states that is what the optical output puts out, then you can get that. If not, you need this http://www.amazon.com/CE-Compass-Digital-Coaxial-Headphone/dp/B008U23F3E/ref=cm_cr_dp_asin_lnk or a similar product for the output of the TV. Another option is to get speakers with an optical input, a Vizio used/refurb soundbar will work well.
