Hi! I am newbie here with a doubt... All the feedback and help is greatly appreciated. :D
The deal is this:
I just got a whole new PC. I got the Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 Sound Card in it... the only thing missing now are the speakers. I listen to a LOT of good quality music and once in a while enjoy some movies as well. But, most important of all is the gaming. I am a GAMER, a serious one, it goes from Doom to Neverwinter Nights and Oblivion, and much more...
Im currently looking at 5.1 sound systems, i have reduced my options to 2:

**-Creative Inspire 5200 5.1 Speakers &

**-Logitech X-530 5.1

I hope you can help me...
Thank you...
Cheers!
Peace...

both logitech and creative make good pc speakers. i would have to say go with the logitechs as they have slightly more power which might help.

the creative link didn't say too much about the speaker sizes though. it might be that a single large speaker will be better than 2 smaller ones especially for the mid range.

try to find a review of the 2 because without some first hand experience it is impossible to decide.

Awsome. Great review, thanks for the info. I'll keep looking for a 5200 review. See what they have out there. So far Logi is on the top.
Peace! :D

The X-530s are great speakers for games and movies and the money-
but if you can afford it, I highly recommend the Klipsch Promedia 5.1 to you

 Thank you!
I read the review for the Klipsch Promedia 5.1 speakers, they sound awsome. However, i cannot afford those. Thank you anyway. I ended up buying the Logitech speakers, which by the way sound awsomly 8O sweet!(so far). Tried them with Doom 3, BF2 and some good music. So far, great. Hope they stay the same....
Thank you for all your help!
Cheers!
