Logitech z506 5.1 Surround issue - Will only play through center speakers

I have had these speakers for months and configured them once and they worked, played through all 5 speakers + subwoofer.

Drunk brother used computer and now they dont work.

I downloaded the most updated realtek manager and my concern is that both windows and realtek both acknowledge that there is a 5.1 system available. It keeps playing through the center speaker only, and the sub, I have a gpu installed where i saw that was some peoples issues, but theres no audio input in my motherboard.

When testing the audio, my actual center speaker does not work. It tests a sound out of the "Left" speaker



Any help would be appreciated ill keep checking every couple mins thanks

if you're sure you've got everything plugged in correctly you could simply do a 'system restore' back to a time that you know it was working properly.
