my iPhone wont charge or turn on its Ben like this for a day or two it just shut off and won't come back on

Try a different cord and charger. If that does not work, take it to your service provider shop or an Apple genius bar location to get it looked at, or possibly a PC repair shop but that would be my 3rd pick to do.
