Looking for a cheap microphone

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap microphone for under 20$/20E (I live in France) to participate in YouTube videos.
I have not sound card, just that included on the motherboard ( B250M-PRO-VDH) so I don't know what is better between USB and Jack ?
