Looking for a Chimera

Hey guys,
Long time lurker first time writer.

I am looking for a new Laptop and I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for a pc that is light, cheap, and has the ability to play CIV V (and will likely have the ability to play the new expansion Brave New World).

The current CIV V requirements are...

you need to be giving us a budget, and a country of purchase would be helpful too.

USA, I have the ability to pay for just about anything. I'm just trying to find the cheapest that can play CiV and be comfortable to carry around in a backpack. If you need a restriction then $600 otherwise cheapest is best.
