Looking for a college laptop on a 750 budget

I am going to be headed to college soon. I need a laptop, and I am not the best when it comes to trying to find laptops or even computer parts when I need it. I tend to impulse buy things that I don't need or things that I think would be nice to have but in the end I regret.
If you could recommend me a laptop that wold be nice and thank you in advance. I am wanting at least an FHD screen, 15.6 inches or 17. And when I have free time I want to be able to play casual games like Minecraft with some mods(yes I know im a nerd). SSD would be nice but if I can upgrade the laptop with an ssd in the future or if it comes with an SSD and I can put a hard drive in it that is fine too. And please I do not want to break the bank, close to 750 or under. Thats all I will say thank you for all the help.

I would argue against a big screen since it'll be carried around all day. And what major are you focused on?

I would prefer a 15.6 inch one. And I am going to be majoring in criminal justice/law enforcement so I will I'll be tyoung up lots of documents and reports.

I love Lenovo keyboards, best laptop keyboard I ever typed on (though nothing beats some Cherry MX Blues). And honestly, I don't think you need an i7 since you'll be typing; you probably would do well with 8GB RAM.
