Looking for a decent priced headset for gaming PC/PS4

Need a good pair of headphones for around £60-£120, that I can use with my PS4/PC.

Have done a fair bit of research already and before you suggest all the gaming headsets, they're just headphones with a mic attached.

These two seem to be the best for the money, but I have also looked at the 558's from Sennheiser.

I have a snowball atm, and if I needed another mic I would use Mod Mic 4.0

If anyone could give me any some advice on anything they've used, preferably over ear, it would be much appreciated.

Check these out, I use these for gaming on PC and they have very good directional sound so you can hear things coming up all around you.
