Looking for a gaming/drawing laptop

I'm going to go to college for the first time this year and I'm looking for a pretty specific type of laptop. It needs to have a touch functionality, preferably if it comes with a stylus as I'm very into drawing and also has to be able to run games like CS:GO pretty smoothly, doesn't have to be on high. But here's the tricky part, my budget is around the $600 range. Can someone help me out? Thanks!
