Can I have a camera with, RAW/flat Full HD video, 120 framerates, fulframe, under The 1000 dollar ?

I am a complete nerd to the cameras (I mean professional ones). I also need a good camera and for night sky photos. Please suggest some at an affordable price. BTW what is your need i.e. what is your primary use?

For full frame, and HD video, and raw, you can get the Nikon D610 for just under $1k. Though there is no DSLR that shoots HD at 120 fps under $1k. The Nikon D610 is good for portraits also.
