Looking for a good laptop for light gaming and school work.

I want a laptop under $1000 (canadian) that will play games like cs go and tf2 and 60 fps. Any recommendations?

Assuming you play your games at low to med settings I would get the dell xps 13, 1080p model. You could try the 15 inch variant if this is too small.

The cpu in that is ultra low power and most likely not very good. also ultrabooks tend to cost more.
