Looking for a Laptop for $500 or below for MMORPG Gaming

Hi,
I hope you guys can help me out.
Just need a laptop to play MMORPG games which are not too demanding.
I can play on low settings as well, just need smooth gameplay. Budget $500 or below and must have a DVD Rom.
I hope to find some answers and help here.
Also, if the laptop comes preinstalled with windows 10, is it possible to wipe and install another windows like 8 or 7 over it?

What games exactly? In general, a system with a 940m video card should be OK to run many games on low settings. You can play WOW on one for example.
