looking for a low budget laptop

Please help...i don't want to regret later....can GTA 5, witcher3, bf4 run on medium settings on nvidea GT940m, Core i5 5thgen 5200U, 8GB ram...my budgets is low...i selected HP 15 ab219tx. ..will it be a good buy to play those games on medium settings?? Please help.....and i prefer only laptop
