Looking for a new camera for 400-550€

I'm currently using just my phone, but since it's quite low quality and blurs the edges of the pictures it's unusable for texture photos, so I'm looking into upgrading into a real camera.

I will be using the camera mostly for two things: reference photos for my art (landscapes, people, building, objects, etc.) and texture photos for my 3D models. I don't care much about the video quality.

I have been looking into 3 cameras: Canon M3, Nikon D3300 and D5300.
Nikon D5300 would eat up my entire budget (it costs 560€) so I wouldn't have enough money left for other equipment like a carrying bag and tripod, but it wouldn't take too long to save up for those.

The Canon M3 is nice and small but I've heard the lens selection is really bad and expensive for mirrorless cameras and I'm planning on getting a macro lens as soon as I can afford since I heard those are great for texture photos.

Feel free to suggest other cameras beside those though.

Thanks but it doesn't ship to Finland and even if it did, the import tax would be way too expensive.
