looking for a program to test ssd from the bios

my boss just told me to look for a program to put on an usb stick to test ssd drives from the bios. as in: when i am in the bios and i select usb it starts a program that tests the ssd.

anyone know a program i can use for it?

Runs from within Windows (requires installation like any other Windows application/utility so can't be run from an external storage device such as a pen drive).

I am not aware of any SSD diagnostic software that can be launched from an external device.
