Looking for a solution on fixing my back space button

My back space button my samung phone will not respond when I go to tap it what can I do to fix it

I would first check to make sure your keyboard is fully updated. You can get the most recent update for it through Google Play.

Then, once updated, (you might want to do all other updates too) restart the device and see if that resolves the problem.
