Looking for centered touchpad laptop

Most laptops are becoming left-sided touchpads and im looking for a laptop that can:

-Be under 525$
-9+ inch display
-1080p
-Light gaming (binding of isaac)
-Durable enough to go throughout all of college (4 years)

Dell Inspiron 13 3000. Great budget laptop with good functionality and workstation performance. Easily able to run stuff flash games and stuff like binding of isaac at 60fps.
