Looking for Clear Sounding Headphones for Gaming

I'm aiming to get myself some new headphones, primarily for gaming usage but also to listen to Youtube. I don't do a lot of online gaming, so I don't care much for a mic. I'd like to try to get myself a set that helps with the immersive experience and with a bit of noise-cancelling, though that's secondary. My budget range varies, I'd like to have a possible option for less than $100 and another for less than $200 if possible. Any ideas on what to get would be greatly appreciated.
