Hi everybody, i want to ask you if gdc exp beast support to play a game on gt 710 like gta v or rise of tomb raider or watch dog with low performance

No. That card does not have the necessary performance to play modern games, even with the very lowest settings, at anything like a playable experience. It will likely "play" them, but it will be horrifically bad.
