my specs are intel core i3 33om 2.13 ghz , 4 gb ram , ati 5145 graphics . which games can i run ?

You can run any game that you want, the difference is that you will have to run that games in low details and maybe you don't see a good visual or good gaming experience due to the components that you have.

which component is really lacking performance ? can yu tell me plz , i think its the gpu

All of them, CPU is only dual core at 2.1GHz, GPU is a basic one and RAM is 4GB that is good for now but new games will need more. Current games are asking for quad core CPUs at 2.8GHz or better and midn end to high end GPUs.
