Looking for gaming laptop

Hello i am currently looking for a good gaming laptop as my current one struggles to run the new and higher specs game out.

My budget is around £1000 give or take to get a really good laptop.

Can anyone help and reccomend a laptop??

My brother has a laptop called republic for gamers and he can run games like GTA V, Dayz, reign of kings, cities skyline very easy with good graphics and its very smooth game play unlike my laggy. Glitchy gaming

My current laptop is the HP pavillion 15-n268

I would suggest looking at AlienWare

I wouldn't recommend Alienware as they get really hot and you are basically just paying for the logo. With 1000 you can honestly build a decent desktop, but if you do prefer the portability of a laptop then maybe ask your brother where he got his.
