Looking for help on picking the right 65" 4K tv

So I have been looking around for 65" 4K televisions on amazon and target and they seem to start at $800 or so. Then I looked around some more and saw some some cheaper ones on other websites such as target, and was wondering if it would be better to spend the $800 or so or go for the cheaper options. I am flexible to lower the screen size to 60" if it doesn't make a huge difference for a movie room. Any help would be much appreciated.

What is the size of the room you are putting this TV into?

I wouldn't buy ANY TV on a recommendation. You need to go LOOK at them, preferably while watching the same blue ray on every TV you are interested in.

The home theatre room is about 13 feet by 20 feet in size.

What is the viewing distance ? The 13 ft or the 20ft ?

It would be about 12 or 17 feet for viewing distance due to furniture layouts.

At that distance, Bigger is better -- http/www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/by-size/size-to-distance-relationship but 4K resolution is wasted.
