I recently bought a VIZIO TV Model #E420I-BO &the power cord that came with it is a 7A 125 V.I think I might have the wrong power cord to it,can you please help me and tell me what power cord goes to this TV.
Hello... it looks to be a special design (shaped)... the TV only uses 1/2 amp of current... but typically they like to over build these kind of things for abuse and to prevent House fires? Or they already have a warehouse full of them... for other models B /
Hello... Why do you think it has the wrong power cord?
There is video of a guy plugging the cord into a TV... https/www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=Uyex7qI6BVw @3:48

Hello... no nothing here... just repeats of my words and a best answer... you might have to post it on a img site... does the chord have a end like in the Video's? it looks like a common use VISIO/TV power chord design from the Videos.
Do you have 240VAC at your house outlets? what is your location?... and outlet Voltage? you could have got a USA and NOT EU voltage rated Part/model?
*I ask again WHY do YOU think it is the wrong cord?--- because of the Voltage rating on the cord? B /
Yes the cord that came with it says 7A 125V.
AND on the back of the TV it says 120V.
When I turn TV on it has a dark blue screen and no sound nothing but if I have the wrong power cord that may cause this problem?, not sure..

Hello... That looks normal to me... unless you are in Europe or have 240V outlet power... if the chord fits, and came with the TV you should be good... Can you access any menu's with any buttons on it for channel search?
