Looking for Laptop for Photoshop and ect

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a laptop for my sister around 1000$ with 15.6" screen.
She uses mainly Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator.
Battery life and weight are not the most important thing.
I live in Germany so some models may not be available here, but at least tell me what is recommended for CPU, GPU and ect.

Does it have to be a laptop?

If she had a desktop you would get alot more performance per dollar / euro.

For photoshop, you need at least an i5 cpu m models perfrably, igpu is ok if she is doing light image editing, otherwise a try and get a gpu that is either a gt 840m or higher. 8 gigs of ram is recommended. As for storage its up to you. If you don't need that much storage then, get an ssd, otherwise get a hdd or sshd for the best combination of both.
