Looking for laptop with hot-swappable battery

Hey all,
I'm looking for a laptop with a hot-swappable DVD-Rom/battery. Preferably I want one that is smallish (~13") and has a 250GB HDD. I've looked around, but I can't find any laptops with hot-swappable drives– is this a fad that has ended?

I haven't seen a hot-swappable drive bay for a few years. I'd check Lenovo - IBM used to be pretty good about making them. I don't recall seeing the drives on newer Lenovo models, but I haven't seen them up close lately.
