12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I prefer ASUS. My current laptop is from ASUS and it has been really great. I like its solid build, low noise, low temperature, fast speed, and its good customer service.
I dislike HP laptops. My family members own several HP laptops and they are cheaply built, made of plastic mostly. They quickly become slow; a fresh installation of windows did not help much. In addition, some of them had hardware issues within just two years of use. Their customer service is not great either.
I'm willing to try out other brands.

13. What country do you live in?
USA

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I plan to bring this laptop to classes everyday, so weight is an important factor. I prefer the laptop to be small and light. Also, the laptop should be fairly quiet and should stay cool or warm most of the time. It should also be durable since I'm going to keep it for some time. I'm going to use it mostly for playing 3DS emulated games and watching videos. Therefore, although a good GPU is not needed, a decent processor is desired.
