Looking for low budget Laptop

guys i serously need a simple laptop just for work 0 games no gpu needed screen can be any size should have 2 gb of ram i think 1 would be enough cpu should be something in lines of 1-2 cores around 2 ghz well in other words should be enough to work without lags in programs like powerpoint word and even if i decide to watch a movie it should be perfectly working battery life doesnt matter i will be using it only in home/workplace where i can charge it anytime.
You guys probably noticed that i need extremely cheap under 150€ work laptop. I wont play games on it so yeah would preffer Windows Os but it doesnt really matter as long as its not a mac (sry for terrible grammar iam not a native speaker)

Have you considered a chromebook? An alternative is a cheap lenovo.

That is a good laptop for the price. But just to make sure I have the specs of the laptop correct,
