Looking for lower budget entry level laptops

I am a student and don't have much use other than using basic Microsoft utility apps, listening to music, watching movies and searching the internet. I recently became aware of the HP15 AC-647tu laptop and seems compatible with my requirements. Kindly review the laptop and if possible suggest some other alternative laptops.

There is nothing special in the low budget laptop market. You get what you pay for. Your displays are 720p TN with bad view angles, under powered AMD, Intel pentiums, and the occasional ATOM cpu, and no 3d performance to speak of. I would get the laptop and swap the HD with and SSD, it will make the laptop feel much faster as you aren't waiting around for things to load.
