Looking for program to customize touchpad gestures

Is there a program that will allow me to customize key macros to certain multi touch gestures on a touchpad? like 4 fingers up would be Control+W to close a program or tab.

I haven't bought a touchpad yet so Its OK if such a program are drivers that comes with a certain model of touchpad. I'll just buy that.

Multi-touch gestures require hardware support from the touchad itself, so start your search for appropriate hardware first.

Does anyone know of a touchpad that can do this? I know the Logitech T650 doesn't, it just lets you use preset gestures.
