Looking for recommendations on cheap streaming laptop

The wonderful people helped me build my home gaming pc now i pose another question, I am starting to do a youtube live stream on location and have been lugging my gaming rig around to encode and record at 1080p simultaneously and was wondering if there is a cheap laptop that could pull this off for me looking to spend 600 or less, use obs as my encoder, mixer and mics come into system through a lexicon alpha.
